Sometimes setting at the computer just wears you out, and you feel the need to stretch, but can’t get up, get out and get away. Here are a few things you can do to make you feel better
Just let your head fall to your body, and let it roll around a bit, relaxing your neck as you do.
Lift your shoulders up as if to say “I don’t know” and hold it for 10 seconds repeat 10 times.
Put your fingers together backwards like you’re going to pop your knuckles, and reach to the ceiling as high as you can and stretch it out.
Put our palms together in front of your chest like your praying, raise your elbows until you feel the pressure and hold it.
Put both hands on your lower back, push your chest out as far as you can and hold it.
Tilt your head left towards your shoulder, then right towards your right shoulder, then back again towards your left shoulder, back and forth like a pendulum for 10 to 20 reps.
Hold one arm across the front of your chest, grasp it with the other arm and pull it to your body. Reverse and repeat.
Look as far as you can over both shoulders as if you’re trying to see who’s there with you. Repeat 10 times.
